Job Description:

Architect with experience in global benefits implementations to support total rewards statements and payroll deductions. This individual will be relied upon to bring knowledge & provide recommendations to the client so they can make informed decisions and will be more of an advisor/architect than implementer.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and provide recommendations on Workday capabilities.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Workday features and functionalities and recommend and implement improvements as appropriate.
Ensure compliance with Workday best practices and development standards.
Provide technical guidance and support to end-users, assisting with Workday-related inquiries and issues.
Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm's respectful and courteous work environment.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
Proven work experience as a Workday Architect or in a similar role.
