About the Role Join VNA Care as an HHA or CNA providing home-based care in the Worcester area. The role involves assisting clients with daily living activities and light household tasks, while coordinating with the care team. Flexible schedules and mileage reimbursement are available to support your work. What You'll Do
- Assist client with household management in a kind and compassionate manner
- Light housekeeping tasks
- Assist with activities of daily living which may include bathing, toileting, feeding, skin care, hair care, exercise, and food preparation
- Consult regularly with the coordinators about changes in the client's condition or environment
- Maintain confidentiality of clients What We're Looking For
- Home Health Aide Certification or CNA training
- Ability to perform light housekeeping tasks and assist with ADLs
- Strong communication with coordinators and ability to adapt to changes in client condition
- Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $21 - $23 per hour (USD)
