About the Role Mercy University is seeking part-time Women's Lacrosse Coaches to support the Athletics Department within the Student Affairs division in Dobbs Ferry, NY.
What You'll Do
- Coach and mentor women's lacrosse athletes; plan and conduct practices
- Support game day operations and student-athlete development within the athletics program
- Ensure safety, fair play, and compliance with university policies
What We're Looking For
- Experience coaching lacrosse and working with student-athletes (preferred)
- Ability to work part-time evenings/weekends as needed
- Passion for developing athletes and contributing to a positive team culture
Nice to Have
- Prior coaching experience at the collegiate level (if applicable)
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range shown in posting: $3,000.00
