About the Role The Women in Banking (WIB) Internship Program by Sterling Bank is designed to empower young female undergraduates and graduates (Pre – NYSC) by providing experiential learning, mentoring from senior female professionals within the Bank, and career development resources including job search coaching and internship opportunities. The program aims to facilitate mentoring relationships and create opportunities for professional development and future employment, contributing to Sterling's commitment to diversity and inclusion. What You'll Do
- Engage in experiential learning and contribute to Sterling Bank's WIB initiatives.
- Build mentoring relationships with senior female professionals to gain advice, knowledge, and guidance.
- Access job search coaching, resources, and internship opportunities to support your professional growth. What We're Looking For
- Undergraduate students or graduates (Pre – NYSC) of a recognized university with a minimum CGPA of 3.5/5.0 or 5.0/7.0.
- Applicants must not be older than 25 years at the time of application.
- Previous experience in women advocacy and/or leadership will be an advantage. Nice to Have
