Job title: WMS Analyst II
About the Role The WMS Analyst II will support and solve day-to-day production issues for 3PL warehouses, identify improvement opportunities, and drive bug fixes and enhancements for the WMS in a healthcare logistics environment.
What You'll Do
- Provide timely troubleshooting for day-to-day production issues in 3PL warehouse WMS operations.
- Identify improvement areas, implement bug fixes, and develop enhancements to optimize WMS performance.
- Apply knowledge of WMS configurations, screens, and RF functions (JDA/BY) and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and propose long-term solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Support on-call duties and flexible shifts to ensure business continuity.
- Maintain awareness of parcel handler systems and integrations with WMS.
What We're Looking For
- JDA/BY WMS functional knowledge (configurations/screens/RF functions)
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and familiarity with WMS integrations
- WMS issue tracing, profiling, and troubleshooting skills
- Flexibility to work in shifts and provide on-call support
- Ability to handle business-critical issues independently and communicate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to perform RCA and suggest long-term solutions
- Knowledge of parcel handler systems
