Partner with the best As a Field Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering safe, reliable, high quality wireline tractor and mechanical intervention services for Baker Hughes (Altus Legacy). Building on more than 30 years of industry excellence in wireline tractor operations and mechanical application services, this position ensures flawless execution, technical integrity, and optimal utilization of equipment and resources. You will serve as a technical leader in the field, support operational planning, and contribute to continuous improvement across all Baker Hughes (Altus) operations. Fuel your passion As a Field Specialist you will be responsible for the following: Technical Expertise & Field Operations Demonstrating advanced competency in electronics with the ability to independently troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues on all Baker (Altus) tractor and mechanical tools. Operating, maintaining, and optimizing rotation and mechanical equipment to ensure efficient and safe service delivery. Executing all field operations in strict accordance with Baker Procedures, industry standards, and client expectations. Preparing, verifying, and controlling all equipment required for tractor operations, ensuring readiness and compliance with operational checklists. Leading the completion of the final Baker (Altus) job package/Job Planner, including reporting, documentation, and quality verification. Operational Plan
