Wireless Retail Sales Associate

About the Role As a Wireless Retail Sales Associate for Your Wireless, you will deliver an outstanding customer experience by helping customers understand Verizon products and services and guiding them through the selection and buying process. You will be part of a dynamic retail team across multiple locations and districts, with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding sales goals. What You'll Do

• Create the ideal customer experience for each customer, every day.
• Assist new and existing customers throughout the sales process.
• Educate customers on all Verizon products and services offered.
• Produce sales to meet and exceed production standards.
• Handle customer situations to fully satisfy their needs.
• Assist Store Manager/Assistant Manager with tasks for the team.
• Complete all required training as directed.
• Set an example of professional conduct and develop skills for advancement.
• Travel within assigned district as needed. What We're Looking For
• 1+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment (Verizon Wireless or other wireless experience preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the US.
• Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology, and customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel to multiple locations within the assigned district.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule. Nice to Have
• Experience in retail environments with outbound activities to drive customers into locations.
• Verizon Wireless experience or strong wireless background (preferred). Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: Up to $32.00 per hour (base pay) plus uncapped commissions and incentives.
