Overview

Join us and continue your successful career as a hands-on, personable, motivated, pro in the role of Spa Host at The William Vale. The ideal candidate is an experienced, high-energy and outgoing individual who will proactively provide constant support, guidance, and exceptional service to our guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in guests with superior service adhering to The William Vale hospitality standards.
• Assist guests with all requests.
• Process payment with efficiency and accuracy.
• Daily set up and breakdown of Winter Spa.
• Ensure guests are aware of the rules and regulations of the facility.
• Report all injuries in compliance with The William Vale’s established protocols.
• Promptly answer emails and phone calls to assist guests. Extend assistance to resolve guest issues and communicate to relevant parties.
• Any other duties as assigned by management.

• Proactive approach to problem resolution, including: anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving issues as needed. Contribute to short term and long term problem solving.
• Outstanding communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with others.
• Outstanding organizational and time management processes.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions/situations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of Guest Service/Host experience required.

• Hotel experience a plus.

• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds.

• Able to withstand prolonged walking, standing, stretching, bending and kneeling without restriction.

• Able to work outdoors in cold temperatures (snow, wind, rain).

• Capacity to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
