Job title: Wing Cutter - Debone Plant
About the Role Bachoco USA is seeking a Wing Cutter for the Debone Plant to support production of chicken products in a fast-paced facility. This safety-sensitive role reports to the production team and operates on the 1st shift with a pay rate of $18.50 per hour and a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Set up/tear down workstation and line as required
- Cut shoulders of chicken according to set specifications
- Trim chicken breasts and ensure removal of bones/cartilage
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work area
- Stand, walk, and reach during shift; regularly lift/move 25-40 pounds
- Adhere to safety protocols in a wet/humid, loud manufacturing environment
What We're Looking For
- Ability to perform repetitive, detail-oriented meat processing tasks
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift 25-40 pounds
- Willingness to work in a safety-sensitive, fast-paced production setting with exposure to cold, moisture, fumes, and moving parts
- Basic reading and teamwork skills; reliable attendance and dependability
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay rate: $18.50 per hour
- Weekly attendance incentive: $1/hour
- Pay increases at 30 and 90 days
