What You'll Do
- Assist with winemaking processes and cellar operations to support production goals
- Monitor fermentation, maturation, and storage conditions; perform routine quality checks
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and work areas
- Operate and maintain cellar equipment and records; collaborate with winemaking team
- Support inventory, bottling, and release activities as needed

- Interest or experience in winery and cellar environments; willingness to perform hands-on tasks
- Ability to work full-time in Chesapeake City, MD with a collaborative mindset
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork
Nice to Have
- Prior winemaking or cellar experience; basic understanding of fermentation and aging processes
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: USD 16.00 - USD 21.00 per hour
