About the Role The Wine Club Administrator will support the Francis Ford Coppola Winery wine club operations under Delicato Family Wines. This full-time role is based in Geyserville, CA and focuses on delivering a seamless experience to club members.
What You'll Do
- Process and manage wine club orders, shipments, and memberships
- Communicate with club members and coordinate event invitations and promotions
- Maintain member data in the CRM/database and ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with sales and hospitality teams to optimize member engagement
- Assist with inventory planning and reporting as needed
What We're Looking For
- Experience in wine club administration or hospitality/sales support
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong data entry and database management abilities
- Ability to work onsite in Geyserville, CA
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Francis Ford Coppola Winery or Delicato Family Wines brands
- Event coordination or marketing support experience
