What the role is: Lead a team of Windows Specialists responsible for helping major enterprise customers adopt, modernize, and defend their Windows endpoint strategy, particularly around Windows 11, security, endpoint management, and AI-enabled work.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage, coach, hire, and develop Windows Specialists.
- Drive Windows adoption, revenue growth, competitive wins, and customer outcomes.
- Lead strategic engagements with major customers and executives such as CIOs, CTOs, and CISOs.
- Coordinate account teams, engineering, marketing, OEMs, silicon partners, and other partners.
- Guide teams through customer discovery, solution development, proof-of-value, and executive presentations.
