About the Role The Shade Store is seeking a Window Treatment Installer to join our Bay Area team in San Francisco, CA. This role focuses on in-home installation and precise measurements of custom window treatments, helping customers bring their designs to life with professional service. What You'll Do
- Perform in-home measurements and installations of our custom window treatment product lines; measure accurately and ensure high-quality service.
- Travel to residential locations within the Bay Area to install and service window coverings.
- Work with customers to understand requirements and provide informed recommendations.
- Ensure safety and efficiency, handling up to 55+ lbs and using ladders as required. What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in carpentry or custom installation
- Ability to lift 55+ lbs and climb ladders
- Active driver's license and insurable
- Strong measuring and customer-service skills Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Lutron, power drill, impact driver, laser measurer Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $28.00 - $30.00/hour, plus eligibility for monthly individual incentives
