About the Role We’re seeking highly skilled window and door installation subcontractors for Middletown, CT. If you have a crew of at least two, we’d like to talk to you. This is a 1099 contract position. Compensation ranges from $80K to $150K+ per year, with the ability to make your own schedule. We bring the customers to you.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and perform window and door installations as part of a subcontractor crew.
  • Manage jobs and schedules, working with independence and accountability.
  • Maintain high workmanship standards and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate with Renewal by Andersen materials; crews provide installation competency while we supply job materials.
  • Ensure safety and compliance on site; hold EPA Lead Safe Certification.
  • Maintain your own equipment (truck, trailer, tools, metal brake) as required; ensure tools are ready for installations.

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 4 years of window installation or construction remodeling experience (preferred).
  • Proven track record of superior workmanship.
  • Strong customer service orientation; self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Time and workflow management with the ability to work independently.
  • Your own truck, trailer, tools, and a metal brake (we provide job materials).
  • General Liability Insurance of $1 Million per Occurrence; Automobile Insurance required.
  • EPA Lead Safe Certification required.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $80,000 - $150,000+ per year.
  • 1099 contract position with flexible scheduling.
  • We bring the customers to you; own your local installation business.
