About the Role Join Renewal by Andersen as a Window Installer in Cranberry Township, PA. This full-time role combines skilled window and door installation/removal with a focus on delivering a premium, white-glove renovation experience for homeowners.
What You'll Do
- Install and remove windows and doors in residential settings, adapting to variations in wall materials, casings, sill constructions, and house settling.
- Use hand and power tools, lift up to 50 pounds, and maintain high standards of craftsmanship and safety.
- Serve as the face of Renewal by Andersen: communicate with homeowners, explain the day’s plan, answer questions, and request online reviews at job completion.
- Support the end-to-end process from design through installation and service to provide a streamlined experience for homeowners.
- Work year-round with flexible scheduling within homeowner availability (typically 7 a.m.–7 p.m.).
What We're Looking For
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Window installation and remodeling experience with a proven track record of superior workmanship.
- Scheduled availability to work when homeowners are available (7 a.m.–7 p.m.).
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Working knowledge of hand and power tools; valid driver’s license.
- Excellent communication with peers and homeowners; ability to organize tasks and manage requirements.
- Proactive, empathetic customer-service mindset and strong sense of accountability and teamwork.
- Diagnostic skills: assessment, problem solving, and decision making.
- Self-motivation and time/work-process management; ability to work independently.
Nice to Have
- Certified Master Installer program (training and certification).
Compensation & Benefits
- Base hourly pay range: $16.48 - $33.99, plus incentive up to $500 - $615 per period. Base pay determined by experience, education, location, and certifications.
- Benefits include generous benefits, profit sharing, and retirement plans. Profit sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee prorated and paid quarterly.
