About the Role We’re seeking top Window and Door Installers in the Monroeville area to perform routine window and door installations and removals as part of Renewal by Andersen's Signature Service. This role combines technical installation skills with high-level customer service to deliver a streamlined, white-glove renovation experience.
What You'll Do
- Install and remove windows and doors in homes of various shapes, sizes, and styles
- Provide exceptional customer service and act as the face of Renewal by Andersen
- Follow the Signature Service process from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Collaborate with homeowners and internal teams to answer questions and schedule work
- Lift up to 50 pounds and work with materials of varying wall constructions and casings
- Maintain clean job sites and seek online reviews at project completion
What We're Looking For
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Window installation and remodeling experience and a proven track record of superior workmanship
- Availability to work when homeowners are home (between 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate hand and power tools
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Empathy, customer service mindset, and accountability with teamwork
- Diagnostic skills: assessment, problem solving, and decision-making
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Prior experience with Certified Master Installer program is a plus
