Job title: Window Installer Crew - Subcontractor - SACO, ME
About the Role We’re seeking highly skilled window and door installation subcontractors with a crew of at least two. This contract role offers a flexible schedule where you run your own crew while Renewal by Andersen provides the customers and project flow.
What You'll Do
- Install windows and doors to project specifications as a subcontractor in SACO, ME.
- Lead and coordinate a crew of at least two installers, managing daily schedules and quality.
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship and customer service.
- Use your own truck, trailer, tools, and metal brake (we provide job materials).
- Ensure safety and compliance; carry General Liability Insurance ($1 Million per occurrence) and Automobile Insurance.
- Collaborate with Renewal by Andersen teams; you’ll be assigned materials and support while we bring the customers to you.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 4 years of window installation or construction remodeling experience (preferred).
- A proven track record of superior workmanship with strong customer service.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, with excellent time and work process management; able to work independently.
- Your own truck, trailer, tools, and metal brake; we provide job materials.
- General Liability Insurance: $1 Million per occurrence; Automobile Insurance.
- A crew of at least two installers willing to work as subcontractors in SACO, ME.
Nice to Have
- 4+ years of window installation or construction remodeling experience (preferred).
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation Range: $150K+ per year.
- Sign-on Bonus: $3,000.
