Job title: Window Installer Crew - Subcontractor (Portland, ME)
We’re seeking highly skilled window and door installation subcontractors in Portland, ME. If you have a crew of at least two and a proven track record of superior workmanship with a strong focus on customer service, we’d like to talk to you. This is a contract opportunity with the flexibility to make your own schedule while our team provides the client base.
What You'll Do
- Install windows and doors per project specifications and industry best practices
- Lead and coordinate a crew of at least two, ensuring timely, high-quality workmanship
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional communication with homeowners
- Plan, schedule, and complete installations independently, using your own tools and resources
- Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to project requirements; liaise with Renewal by Andersen/Esler teams as needed
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 4 years of window installation or construction remodeling experience
- Proven track record of high-quality workmanship with strong customer service
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, with excellent time and work-process management
- Ability to work independently and manage projects end-to-end
- Your own truck, trailer, tools, and metal brake (we provide job materials)
- General Liability Insurance ($1 million per occurrence) and Auto Insurance
Nice to Have
- Experience leading crews and coordinating with clients and sales teams
- Familiarity with Renewal by Andersen products or window replacement standards
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation Range: $150K+ per year
- Sign-on Bonus: $3,000
