About the Role Renewal by Andersen, part of the Esler Companies, is seeking a Window Installer Crew to perform high-quality window installation work in Smithfield, RI. This contract opportunity requires a crew of at least two with a proven track record of superior workmanship and strong customer service. The role focuses on independent, efficient project execution and delivering exceptional results for homeowners.
What You'll Do
- Install windows and perform related remodeling work per project specifications, ensuring quality workmanship.
- Manage installation timelines and workflows with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate with crew members to complete installations safely, efficiently, and to code.
- Maintain a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction throughout the installation process.
- Adhere to safety protocols and EPA Lead Safe practices.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 4 years of window installation or construction remodeling experience (preferred).
- Proven track record of superior workmanship with a strong focus on customer service.
- Self-motivated with results orientation; able to work independently.
- Solid time and work process management skills.
- Your own truck, trailer, tools, and metal brake (we provide job materials).
- General Liability Insurance – $1,000,000 per occurrence and Automobile Insurance.
- Valid US driver’s license.
- EPA Lead Safe Certification.
- Ability to lift up to 150 lbs.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $80,000 – $150,000 per year.
