About the Role Renewal by Andersen (Esler Companies) is seeking window and door installation subcontractors with a crew of at least two to deliver high-quality installations in Carrollton, TX. This contract opportunity requires a minimum of 4 years' experience and a proven track record of craftsmanship and customer service. You will operate as an independent subcontractor, with our team providing materials while you bring your own equipment.
What You'll Do
- Install windows and doors per company standards, ensuring quality workmanship and on-time completion.
- Lead and coordinate a crew of at least two on each job, including sequencing and safety.
- Manage jobsite logistics, scheduling, and communication with homeowners and Renewal by Andersen personnel.
- Maintain compliance with insurance and safety requirements; handle installation-related carpentry tasks.
- Represent the brand with a focus on customer service.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 4 years of window installation or construction remodeling experience.
- Your own truck, trailer, tools, and metal brake (materials provided by us).
- General Liability Insurance - $1 Million Each Occurrence.
- Automobile Insurance.
- Ability to lift up to 150 lbs; Valid US driver's license.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, able to work independently; strong time and work-process management.
- Proven track record of superior workmanship and customer service.
Nice to Have
- Prior subcontractor experience with window replacement or home improvement.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $80,000 - $150,000 annually.
