Job title: Window Installer Crew - Grand Junction
About the Role Renewal by Andersen is seeking highly skilled window and door installation subcontractors to join the Grand Junction crew. This is a contract, full-time opportunity for independent teams of two or more to install windows and doors with provided materials and customer leads. You control your schedule while we bring customers to you, with a competitive compensation range and a sign-on bonus.
What You'll Do
- Install windows and doors for homeowners as part of a subcontractor crew
- Manage installation projects, timelines, and ensure high-quality workmanship
- Deliver excellent customer service and clear communication
- Coordinate with Renewal by Andersen/esler teams and manage your own schedule
- Utilize your own truck, trailer, tools, and metal brake (materials provided by us)
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 4 years of window installation or construction remodeling experience
- Proven track record of superior workmanship
- Self-motivated with results orientation and strong time/work process management
- Ability to work independently and adhere to schedules
- Your own truck, trailer, tools, and metal brake
- General Liability insurance of $1 million per occurrence
- Auto insurance
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $80,000 – $150,000+ per year (USD)
- Sign-on bonus of $3,500
