Job title: Window & Door Installer Subcontractor
About the Role Renewal by Andersen WNY is seeking highly skilled window and door installation subcontractors who have a construction background and a proven track record of superior workmanship. A two-person crew is required to install replacement windows and doors for homeowners, delivering exceptional service as part of our growth in Rochester, NY.
What You'll Do
- Install replacement windows and doors for residential customers
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service
- Manage time and work processes independently with availability between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.
- Coordinate work with homeowners and Renewal by Andersen personnel
- Lead a crew of at least two and bring your own truck, tools, and ability to haul a trailer
- Ensure safety, compliance with NYS requirements, and quality results
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years of window installation and remodeling experience
- Minimum of a 2-person work crew
- Proven track record of superior workmanship
- Strong focus on customer service
- Self-motivated and results oriented
- Time and work process management skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- References of past work
- Ownership of your own truck and tools; ability to haul a trailer
- Possess OR ability to obtain a Certified Lead Renovator Certificate
- Provide Certificate insurance: General Liability (per NYS standards), Automobile Liability (per NYS standards), Workers’ Compensation (statutory), DOT registration and numbers
