Job title: Window and Door Installer - 1099 Sub Contractor
Renewal by Andersen is seeking highly skilled window and door installation subcontractors (1099) to install replacement windows and doors in residential homes based in Mechanicsburg, PA. This role is a subcontractor position with weekly pay, a dedicated office handling scheduling and invoicing, and provided installation materials. Installers work five days a week, year-round, delivering quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.
What You'll Do
- Install and replace windows and doors in residential homes
- Ensure accurate measurements and proper fit using materials staged at the warehouse
- Collaborate with a two-person crew and coordinate with Renewal by Andersen office for scheduling and follow-up
- Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and customer service
- Complete jobs efficiently and professionally, with weekly payroll processing
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years of window installation and remodeling experience
- Minimum of a 2-person work crew
- Proven track record of superior workmanship and customer service
- Availability to work when homeowners are home
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, with strong time and process management; able to work independently
Subcontractor Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Provide references of past work
- Ownership of your own truck, trailer, and tools
- Certified Lead Renovator Certificate
- Certificate of Insurance with: General Liability $2 Million per Occurrence; Automobile Liability $1 Million Combined Single Limit; Workers' Compensation $1 Million policy

Compensation & Benefits
- Weekly pay; highest pay per opening in the area; quarterly bonuses for quality work
- All scheduling, invoicing, and customer follow-up handled by our office
- Materials provided and staged at the warehouse; jobs are completed weekly
- 5 days a week, 52 weeks per year
