Job title: Window and Door Installer - 1099 Sub Contractor
Renewal by Andersen is seeking an experienced Window and Door Installer to join as a 1099 subcontractor in Williamsport, PA. The role installs Andersen windows with office staff handling scheduling, invoicing and paperwork, while warehouse staff stage materials for you.
What You'll Do
- Install windows and doors to project specifications and measurements
- Work five days a week, 52 weeks per year, with weekend bonuses after five days
- Coordinate with warehouse for materials; use provided coil, caulk, trim, etc.
- Maintain high craftsmanship and superb customer service
- Complete jobs and paperwork efficiently; ensure on-time completion and quality
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years experience in window installation, remodeling, carpentry, etc.
- Proven track record of superior workmanship and strong customer service
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, able to work independently
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record; ability to pass a criminal background check
- Own truck, trailer, and tools (assistance program available)
- Certification: Lead Renovator certificate preferred (we can help obtain it)
- Provide certificate of insurance meeting: General Liability $2,000,000 per occurrence; Automobile Liability $1,000,000 CSL; Worker's Compensation $1,000,000 policy

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $250,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year (contract)
- 100% paid by company? Not specified; includes bonuses for weekend work after five days and weekly pay
- Highest pay per opening in the area; completed jobs processed weekly; no chasing paychecks
- Bonus pay; Signing bonus; Trailer and tool purchase assistance offered when needed
