The Wind River Cloud Platform Support Engineer is a senior-level US Product Support professional responsible for supporting and troubleshooting the Wind River Cloud Platform (WRCP), cloud infrastructure, virtualization technologies, Linux environments, and container platforms. The role handles complex customer escalations, performs root-cause log analysis and system debugging, and applies experience with safety-critical and high-reliability software architectures, including recent hands-on DO-178C project experience where applicable.
