Job title: Wholesale - Financial Institution Agency Sales
About the Role Wholesale professional supporting financial business at the front line by engaging with financial institutions. Initial locations include Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, and Fukuoka with subsequent opportunities nationwide. This role focuses on consulting sales to financial professionals rather than direct consumer sales, building strategic design and talent development for agencies.
What You'll Do
- Plan and execute sales strategies for financial institutions and provide on-site support to drive their growth over the mid-to-long term.
- Conduct training sessions and joint field support to help agency personnel grow and develop their capabilities.
- Ensure recruitment and activities for agency insurance sales personnel comply with internal and regulatory standards, with nationwide travel (1 day to 1 week).
- Prepare materials for agency studies and participate in branch study groups and product trainings.
- Manage compliance and control within the associated departments, while supporting sales activities nationwide.
What We're Looking For
- More than 2 years of sales experience in banks, securities companies, or life insurance companies, or more than 2 years of experience in life insurance sales with practical experience within the last 2 years.
- Preferred: Wholesale experience. Experience handling foreign currency single premium insurance products.
- High presentation and communication skills, able to build trust with financial institutions.
- Interest in bank distribution business and a desire to deepen financial knowledge.
- Education/Qualifications: At least a junior college degree, regular driver's license.

Compensation & Benefits
- Expected annual income: 6 million to 11 million yen (evaluation criteria are visualized and quantitatively evaluated)
- Employee grade: GG08 to GG11 equivalent, monthly salary system, bonuses available (according to regulations)
- Working hours: 9:00 to 17:00 (designated working hours 7 hours, break 60 minutes, overtime available)
