About the Role This role oversees the daily, monthly, quarterly and annual accounting, reporting, controls and reconciliations relating to the Company's Wholesale Finance and Floor Plan Funding portfolio. The incumbent will ensure accuracy, completeness, compliance, and timeliness of all wholesale finance accounting activities while acting as the Finance SME for dealer inventory financing and wholesale lending operations. This role will also act as the key point of contact for the Common Dealer Financing System for the local wholesale business related queries. What You'll Do
- Oversee key daily wholesale transactional accounting for Financial Services ANZ, ensuring timeliness, accuracy and compliance with corporate policies.
- Ensure that all documents coming through interface from Industrial and Iveco Australia are acquired correctly in CDFS; assist operations in resolving interface issues.
- Monitor all intercompany transit accounts and resolve issues; monitor all transit accounts in CDFS and ensure open items are cleared within set timeframe.
- Generate Bailment Note, Tax invoice and Finance Charge Invoices; manual creation of invoices for manually created contracts.
- Perform document clearing runs in SAP CDFS & NH3 and ensure that all open items in both systems match; ensure condition table in CDFS is aligned with wholesale policy and procedures.
- Perform month-end CDFS system close function; post subvention entries and communicate to Industrial and Iveco; confirm intercompany account balances with Industrial upon review and balancing.
- Post Assigned Receivable and Third Party Guarantee related journals; prepare quarterly Risk reserve deck and organize local risk meeting; post required risk journals.
- Monitor and clear interface batches and perform SAP CDFS & NH3 reconciliation; perform high-level validation of results and resolve any abnormalities to the financial integrity of the general ledger. What We're Looking For
- Experience in accounting within Financial Services or wholesale finance roles, with a focus on dealer financing and inventory funding.
- Strong knowledge of SAP CDFS and NH3; ability to post journals, run reconciliations and manage month-end close.
- Experience with intercompany transactions and balancing intercompany accounts; ability to communicate with Industrial and Iveco.
- Familiarity with risk management processes and preparation of risk reporting materials.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve interface issues.
