About the Role Join our White Collar & Investigations practice in New York as a junior to midlevel associate. The role focuses on internal investigations, responding to government inquiries, and interacting with criminal and civil authorities, as well as assisting with complex commercial litigation, including securities and financial transactions. Top-tier law school credentials and a strong academic record are required; federal clerkship and large law firm experience are strongly preferred.
What You'll Do

What We're Looking For
- 2-5 years of experience in white-collar investigations or related fields
- Graduation from a top-tier law school with strong academic credentials; law review, moot court, or journal experience
- Federal court clerkship and/or large law firm experience strongly preferred
- Excellent writing and analytical skills; ability to handle high-stakes matters

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $235,000 – $365,000 USD per year
- Eligible for annual discretionary bonus
