Konzeptioneller und operativer Aufbau von Jira- und Confluence-Strukturen Anlage und Pflege von Projekträumen, Dashboards, Workflows und Seitenstrukturen Unterstützung bei der Standardisierung von Projekt- und Programmtemplates Enge Abstimmung mit Projektleitern (m/w/d) und der Bereichsleitung Vorbereitung von Unterlagen, Präsentationen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen sowie die Pflege von Übersichten, Listen und Reportings Allgemeine organisatorische Unterstützung der Bereichsleitung
Die Stelle kann an den Standorten Unterlüß, Kassel oder Kiel besetzt werden.
WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN
Eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d), z. B. in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Informatik, Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbar Sehr gutes strukturelles und analytisches Denkvermögen
