About the Role Join Siemens Energy Austria as a working student in project management focused on the S4/Hana transformation. You will support the project team during the migration from SAP R/3 to SAP S/4HANA, contribute to test cycles, and help ensure data quality throughout the migration. This role offers hands-on experience in an innovative transformation program and the opportunity to develop your skills in a professional environment. What You'll Do
- Support project execution within the SAP migration (R/3 to S/4HANA)
- Work on data extracts, comparisons and plausibility checks between legacy and new systems
- Assist with data cleansing and ensuring data quality
- Participate in the preparation, execution and documentation of migration and test cycles
- Create and maintain reports, overviews, and simple analyses (e.g., Excel, CSV) What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in a degree in a business or IT related field (information systems, business administration or similar)
- Strong interest in SAP systems and business processes
- Good MS Office skills (especially Excel) and SAP knowledge (SAP R/3 and/or SAP S/4HANA) is a plus
- Basic knowledge of SQL, databases or data modeling
- Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken Nice to Have
- SAP knowledge (R/3 and/or S/4HANA) is advantageous
- Experience with data migration projects or data analytics is a plus
