About this role
About the Role As a Werkstudent/Praktikant in Plant Supplier Quality, you support the Plant Supplier Quality teams in collaboration with our pharmaceutical customers and international suppliers. You actively participate in various quality teams handling specifications, audits, complaints, change management, and the optimization of quality processes, and you contribute to supplier management. You will also take on an independent project to continuously improve our quality processes. What You'll Do
- Support Plant Supplier Quality in collaboration with pharmaceutical customers and international suppliers
- Actively participate in quality teams on customer and supplier specifications
- Support audits (internal and external)
- Process customer and supplier complaints
- Implement changes in customer and supplier environments (Change Management)
- Contribute to the optimization of quality processes, e.g., incoming goods inspection
- Support supplier management (e.g., optimize incoming inspection, handle supplier complaints, implement supplier changes, create or revise supplier specifications)
- Take on an independent project to continuously improve our quality processes What We're Looking For
- Enrolled in a technical or business studies program (e.g., Biomedical Engineering, Medical Engineering, Medizintechnik, Betriebswirtschaft or similar)
- Seeking a Werkstudent role (15–20 hours/week) or an internship as part of studies
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and good English skills in spoken and written form
- Structured, autonomous work and analytical thinking
- Team orientation and careful working style
- Technical interest is advantageous Nice to Have
