About the Role Diehl sucht engagierte Unterstützung im Bereich Human Resources. Als Werkstudent hast du direkten Einfluss auf HR-Prozesse, wirkst eigenständig im operativen HR-Alltag mit und unterstützt bei Projekten sowie bei der Digitalisierung unserer Personalprozesse. Du übernimmst Verantwortung für Teilprojekte im Betrieblichen Gesundheitsmanagement und trägst aktiv zur Candidate Experience bei. What You'll Do
- Eigenständige Mitarbeit im operativen HR Alltag sowie Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Arbeitszeugnissen, Mitarbeiterschreiben und administrativen Aufgaben
- Aktive Mitgestaltung des Bewerbermanagements: Koordination von Interviews und Weiterentwicklung der Candidate Experience
- Mitarbeit in aktuellen HR-Projekten sowie Unterstützung bei der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Personalprozesse
