About this role

Job title: Werkstudent (m/w/d) – Arbeits-, Organisations- und Wirtschaftspsychologie

Du planst und koordinierst Workshops sowie Trainings. Du bereitest Meeting-Unterlagen wie Protokolle und Präsentationen vor. Zusätzlich pflegst du Kundendaten und Projektdokumente sorgfältig und unterstützt Change-Initiativen durch Statusreports und Kennzahlen.

  • Planung und Koordination von Workshops und Trainings

  • Vorbereitung von Meeting-Unterlagen (Protokolle, Präsentationen)

  • Pflege von Kundendaten und Projektdokumenten

  • Unterstützung bei Change-Initiativen (Statusreports, Kennzahlen)

  • Alltägliche Back-Office-Aufgaben

  • Immatrikulierter Student/-in im Bereich Arbeits-, Organisations- und Wirtschaftspsychologie, Sozialwissenschaften, Wirtschaftspädagogik oder vergleichbarer Studiengang

  • Strukturiertes Arbeiten und hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative
