Aufgaben
- Analyse und Optimierung vorbeugender und vorrausschauender Wartungsprozesse
- Ausarbeitung von Arbeitsanweisungen für die vorbeugende und vorrausschauende Instandhaltung von Spritzgussmaschinen, Robotern, und Peripherie Anlagen
- Implementierung von autonomous maintenance in der Produktion
- Ausarbeitung von Schulungsunterlagen, Arbeitsanweisungen und Dokumenten für autonomous maintenance in der Produktion
- Klassifizierung der Anlagen und Betriebsmittel in ABC Kategorien anhand von Stillstandzeiten und Verfügbarkeit der Ersatzteile nach PO-PROCEDURE
