Was dich erwartet
- Wettbewerbsbeobachtung: Unterstützung unseres Market Intelligence & Research Teams bei der kontinuierlichen Beobachtung des deutschen Telekommunikationsmarktes. Analyse der Wettbewerber, Tarifangebote, Preisentwicklungen, Promotionen und Marktaktivitäten
- Preis- und Promotionstracking: Durchführung regelmäßiger Preis-, Tarif- und Promotionsvergleiche, Pflege bestehender Tracking-Systeme und strukturierte Aufarbeitung von Entwicklungen
- Research & Insights: Recherche von relevanten Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Branchenthemen aus internen und externen Quellen und Unterstützung bei der Ableitung von Business Insights
- Customer & Market Insights: Research zur Identifikation von Trends sowie Mitarbeit an Markt- und Kundenbedarfsanalysen, Unterstützung bei Social Media Analytics-Themen
