Das erwartet dich
Während deiner Beschäftigung bei der Zurich Gruppe Deutschland unterstützt du das Team (AI Governance). Dabei übernimmst du selbstständig eigene Aufgaben und bist somit von Beginn an ein direktes Mitglied des Teams! Du erhältst rundum Einblick in die operative Arbeit und unterstützt das Team tatkräftig durch die Übernahme von eigenständigen Aufgaben:
- Du wirkst beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung eines unternehmensweiten KI-Governance-Frameworks mit
- Regulatorische Anforderungen (z. B. EU AI Act) übersetzt du in konkrete Prozesse und Maßnahmen
- Entwicklung von Richtlinien, Standards und Leitplanken für eine verantwortungsvolle KI-Nutzung
- Durchführung von Risikoanalysen im Kontext von KI-Anwendungen
- Beratung der Fachbereiche bei der Bewertung und Ausgestaltung von KI-Anwendungsfällen
