About this role
A part-time Werkstudent position in Credit Risk Management & Collection (all genders) at Edenred in Kleinostheim near Frankfurt, Germany, in the Finance division, starting as soon as possible. The role offers flexible working hours (up to 20 hours per week) and the possibility of mobile work, supporting a work-life balance along with a monthly benefit in the form of a Shopping Card.
Responsibilities
- Support in handling CAM tasks, addenda, dunning, and reminders
- Obtain, monitor, and assign credit reports and updates
- Review repair requests, approvals, and set or lift holds in cases of payment delays or missing documents
- Maintain master data, archive inactive customers, and produce analyses
- Contribute to projects and perform administrative tasks
Requirements
- Enrolled in a university program in business administration or a comparable field
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, plus organizational ability
- Very good PC skills, especially Excel
- Independent, careful, and structured working style with accuracy
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills, and interest in finance and working with numbers
