Description & Requirements
Für unser Büro in Bochum suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine studentische Hilfskraft (m/w/d) für 8-12 Stunden pro Woche zur Unterstützung von Projektarbeit und administrativen Aufgaben besonders im Bereich Standort-Management und HR.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Planung und Organisation von Team-Events, Meetings oder Workshops
- Kommunikation und Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen verschiedenen Funktionen im Unternehmen
- Unterstützung beim Standortmanagement (Bestellungen, Büro-Ausstattung, Sicherheitsthemen)
- Unterstützung bei Visa-Themen (Visa Anträge, Invite Letter, Behördenanfragen)
- Unterstützung bei verschiedenen Personalaufgaben und Projekten
- Administrative Aufgaben wie Posteingang und -ausgang, sowie Aktenpflege
- Unterstützung bei lokalen Procurement und Finance Projekten
Dein Profil:
- Immatrikulierter Student oder Studentin
- Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und gutes Organisationsvermögen
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
