About the Role Diehl Stiftung & Co. KG sucht Sie als Werkschutzmitarbeiter (m/w/d) in Früh- und Spätschicht. Sie kümmern sich um Besucherverwaltung, Empfang und Ein- sowie Auslasskontrollen an drei Produktionsstandorten und unterstützen die Werkfeuerwehr sowie sicherheitsrelevante Einsätze. What You'll Do
- Besucherverwaltung, Empfang und Ein- sowie Auslasskontrollen von Personen, Fahrzeugen und Lieferanten an drei Produktionsstandorten
- Unterstützung bei sicherheitsrelevanten Vorfällen, professionelle Gefahrenabwehr und Koordination von Sofortmaßnahmen inkl. Protokollierung, auch in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Sicherheitsbehörden
- Unterstützung der Werkfeuerwehr im vorbeugenden und abwehrenden Brandschutz, bei Evakuierungsmaßnahmen und Begleitung bzw. Leitung von Erstmaßnahmen im medizinischen Notfall What We're Looking For
