THE POSITION:
We are seeking a highly qualified Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to join a rapidly growing, one-person leadership team (aka a brilliant, hilarious, very verbal 7-year-old girl).
This is a 1:1 in-home position where you'll be managing daily operations, facilitating emotional regulation, and negotiating with a stakeholder who has absolutely no problem requesting to speak to management.
She's sweet as sugar, sharp as a tack, and has the negotiation skills of a Fortune 500 CEO. Moderate functioning, severe behaviors, and occasionally, a corporate restructuring of the entire household when things don't go according to plan. 😅
Translation: We're looking for someone who can handle the big feelings, celebrate the little wins, and keep the department running smoothly.
