About the Role Join The Lawson Group as a Wellness Program Specialist to help businesses design, implement, and manage effective corporate wellness programs that improve employee health and business outcomes. You'll leverage digital tools like the WellRight platform and collaborate with local wellness specialists to tailor programs to client goals, culture, and capabilities.
What You'll Do
- Partner with clients to understand goals and design flexible wellness programs (risk assessments, coaching, smoking cessation, wellness fairs).
- Manage program delivery using WellRight and coordinate with local wellness specialists and on-site teams.
- Conduct or coordinate Health Risk Assessments and One-on-One Health Coaching; facilitate Smoking & Tobacco Cessation programs (Freedom From Smoking via ALA).
- Organize wellness fairs and engage employees to drive participation.
- Monitor outcomes, gather data, provide feedback to improve program effectiveness; support long-term adoption.
- Provide ongoing client support and maintain relationships, adapt programs for in-person, virtual, or hybrid.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in corporate wellness or health promotion within workplaces; ability to translate client goals into program design.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills; ability to manage client expectations and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with digital wellness tools (WellRight) or willingness to learn; understanding of health risk assessments, health coaching, and smoking cessation programs.
- Comfortable working with diverse workplaces and remote/hybrid teams; flexible and reliable.
