About the Role
The Lawson Group helps employers plan and host employee wellness fairs that are easy, engaging, and built around your team's real needs. As a Wellness Fair Planner, you will help design and coordinate on-site wellness fairs that encourage healthier habits, build community, and show employees that their wellbeing matters.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with clients to customize an on-site wellness fair that fits schedule, space, and goals.
- Manage planning, logistics, and vendor coordination for wellness fairs.
- Coordinate offerings like health screenings, mental health and stress management resources, nutrition and fitness consultations, First Aid, CPR, and AED demonstrations.
- Coordinate with local vendors and community partners.
- Support on-site event setup and execution to ensure a smooth experience.
