Job title: Wellness Center Technician (Graduate Assistant)
About the Role The Wellness Center Technician (Graduate Assistant) serves as the technician supervisor within the Wellness Center, responsible for maintenance and repair of equipment and facility operations. The role reports to the Assistant Director of Sports and Wellness and supports daily facility operations and staff supervision.
What You'll Do
- Complete scheduled walkthrough as assigned by the Director and Assistant Director of Sports and Wellness.
- Schedule repairs and maintenance (outsourced and in-house).
- Schedule student technician staff.
- Supervise the student technician staff.
- Assist the Assistant Director and Director in the interview process of student technician staff.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Employee shall adhere to all applicable rules and regulations of the University, the Conference, and the NCAA.
- Current UIW graduate student.
- One (1) or more years of work experience in the fitness and wellness industry.
- Working knowledge of fitness equipment and tools.
- Supervisory experience.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $13.00 per hour for 20-25 hours per week; includes tuition waiver.
