About The Role
About Houston
ExxonMobil's state-of-the-art campus north of Houston serves as home to its Upstream, Product Solutions and Low Carbon Solutions businesses and their associated service groups. The facility opened in 2014 and accommodates more than 10,000 employees and visitors.

What Role You Will Play on Our Team
ExxonMobil is seeking qualified and experienced individuals to provide onsite operational expertise for its oil and gas development projects. The primary role and responsibility of the Well Operations Supervisor is to direct and manage well site operations for the ExxonMobil Wells Organization. The Wells Organization executes all wellwork operations (spanning from drilling, completions, to well management), in compliance with internal and external standards. Well management operations include all wellwork post-completion; inclusive of drillouts, remedial workovers, and plug and abandonment. This role works in support of the ExxonMobil Wells Organization to conduct worldwide oil and gas well drilling, completion, and well management operations with an emphasis on safety, cost, and efficiency improvement.
