About the Role Ichor Systems has an immediate opening for a Weld Operator, located in Sauk Rapids, MN. The role involves operating welding equipment and performing TIG and orbital welding of stainless steel components for high-purity cleanroom environments. What You'll Do
- Weld parts and inspect them for quality
- Read and interpret prints and blueprints
- Use TIG and orbital welding processes on stainless steel in a high-purity cleanroom
- Operate various welding machines and hand welding as needed
- Use hand gauges and measurement tools
- Lift up to 50 lbs and maintain a clean, safe workspace
- Collaborate with manufacturing team and use PC-inspired systems (MRP) as needed What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of manufacturing or welding experience
- Ability to read blueprints and understand drawings
- Basic PC skills and familiarity with MRP systems
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Experience with TIG welding and orbital welding of stainless steel Compensation & Benefits
- $19-$32 per hour, onsite, full-time
