Remedy Staffing is currently hiring Welders for multiple manufacturing and fabrication facilities in the area!
Pay: Starting at $18.00/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Various shifts available, including day and night shifts
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding on metal components
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials for welding
- Inspect completed welds to ensure quality standards are met
- Operate grinders, hand tools, and other fabrication equipment
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and production requirements
Qualifications
- Previous welding experience preferred
- Ability to read a tape measure and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a manufacturing environment
- Welding certifications are a plus but not required
- Reliable transportation and attendance
