GEA Group, located in York, PA, is searching for a Welder I to join our Production Team.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Standard Vessels and Heat Exchangers: Performs all operations in the manufacture of standard separators, receivers, and heat exchangers to required specifications and budgets. Assembles, welds, and installs sub assembly parts. Welds internal and external parts. Installs heads and sub arc. Sub arc wrappers. Assembles and welds supports, legs and angles. Assembles and welds water boxes. Performs other duties as assigned.

Standard Compressor Packages: Performs all operations in the manufacture of standard compressor packages to required specifications and budgets. Assembles and welds sub assembly parts. Installs package components. Assembles weld and installs system piping. Assist in training less experienced employees. Performs other duties as assigned.
