About the Role We are seeking a Welder to operate manual or robotic welding stations at Dana's Escobedo, Mexico facility. The role focuses on safety and quality in the manufacture of Dana driveline, sealing, and thermal-management components for automotive applications. The position requires knowledge of ISO standards and a commitment to continuous improvement. What You'll Do
- Safely operate manual or robotic welding process stations per work instructions.
- Comply with safety guidelines and quality standards to ensure proper product manufacture.
- Maintain attendance and adhere to work schedules and operational discipline.
- Use the escalation plan to alert of equipment or product quality issues to avoid production stoppages.
- Train, advise and mentor other operators on standardized work systems inside and outside the production line.
- Continuously seek improvements in quality, efficiency, and cost savings within the operation. What We're Looking For
- Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO/IATF-16949:2016 standards.
- Ability to operate manual or robotic welding equipment and follow work instructions.
- Strong safety and quality mindset with a willingness to train others.
- Capability to work in a manufacturing environment and maintain operational discipline.
