• Be the first smile guests sees - Greet guests warmly and professionally, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out procedures that create a positive first impression.
• Anticipate guest needs and handle transactions efficiently while maintaining the high service standards Pullman is known for.
• Monitor room status and guest feedback, taking appropriate action to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
• Maintain detailed guest records and provide attentive service to our valued guests.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies while prioritizing excellent guest service in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Thriving in fast-paced environments and love creating memorable guest experiences.

• Previous experience in hospitality is a strong advantage.

• Tech-savvy with Opera or similar systems

• Guest-oriented, approachable, and genuinely service-minded

• Fluency in English; additional languages are great asset

• Sales-driven mindset
