Job title: Weekend Shift Wax Center Quality Auditor
About the Role This position supports weekend operations at the Wax Center within Precision Castparts' Structurals division. You will audit component quality and assembly fixturing to set up jobs, move through the operation when the pattern is complete, and maintain inventory to confirm that all fixturing components required for efficient pattern and gating operations are readily available. You will also ensure wax dies and components are available at molding machines.
What You'll Do
- Audit wax gating and wax weld components against standards as they move from molding to cleaning to completion.
- Maintain inventory and control physical inventory to ensure fixturing components required for efficient pattern and gating operations are readily available.
- Ensure wax dies and components are available at molding machines.
- Set up jobs and move through the operation when the pattern is complete.
What We're Looking For
- Weekend shift availability (Friday-Sunday).
- Attention to detail and ability to audit component quality and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Experience with manufacturing operations involving wax gating and wax welding components.
